ang pagkakaalam ko po... si Bobby Ramos ang nag nominate sa kanya... he misrepresented the UPAA for noninating her in behalf of the alumni organization. kase di naman nag meeting ang UPAA about it... mas lalo namang walang board resolution to back it up...
in fact, the members of the alumni association wrote the BOR to disclaim Bobby Ramos' misrepresentation.
A reliable source from the UP System who was present during the BOR meeting said nga ginabit na basis during the BOR meeting ang nomination ni Bobby Ramos to approve the appointment of Mommy Gilda as chancellor.
So, Datu Wakbar, if indeed your comment is true, it renders the decision of the BOR null and void, kay gigamit man nila ang usa ka document na illegitimately done.
